Shipping & Returns

Shipping:

• Free Shipping on all US orders over $50
• US orders under $50 are based on zip & weight
• All orders are shipped within 2 business days via USPS Priority or UPS (unless otherwise stated in the product description).
• You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number once your item has shipped. Please allow up to 12 hours for your tracking number to start working.

• Please note: We are not responsible for any packages lost by USPS or UPS.

Returns: 

We strive to provide the absolute best selection of items for you and your family that are all inspected upon store retrieval, returns are not accepted at this time. However, if you were sent a wrong or damaged item, those will be taken care of. Like a lot of small businesses, we have shifted away from returns after they leave our care.

Anything Wrong? 

• PLEASE inspect your merchandise immediately upon receipt. 
• If you believe you have received something defective please contact us within 3 days of order receipt at mahalostylz@gmail.com so we can address the issue.
